I was recently inspired to create a rosé themed brunch and was so excited to team up with 90+ Cellars . I wanted to make something that paired perfectly with Rosé of the Rockies, but was also easy to make for brunch. I can honestly drink rosé with anything, but pairing it with these Spicy Steak & Avocado Bruschetta was perfect. I got the recipe inspiration from Beef. It’s What‘s For Dinner., but took a few liberties when creating my own recipe, as I typically do.

I love cooking for friends and family, but sometimes I find that the hostess gets stuck in the kitchen the entire time and misses out on enjoying time with their guests. For this reason, I love being able to serve dishes that can be prepared in advance. With the recipes I created for this brunch everything can be made prior to your guests arriving, so all you need to do when your guests arrive is pour them up a glass of 90+ Cellars Rosé of the Rockies and you’ll be ready to enjoy your brunch.

WHAT IS ROSÉ OF THE ROCKIES?

Rosé of the Rockies is a collaboration between 90+ Cellars and 5280. I think it's so awesome that our state has it's own rosé! The art work for the label was created by local street artist, designers and other Colorado creatives. Last but not least, a portion of the proceeds from this wine will support the Visit Denver Foundation, and its mission design to support undergraduate students pursuing degrees in the hospitality and tourism industry. Isn't the amazing? I love supporting my local community and rosé, so I can't think of a better reason to purchase a bottle of Rosé of the Rockies.

WHAT SHOULD I PAIR ROSÉ WITH?

Try something different and pair your rosé with something that has a little kick to it. Rosé can go with almost anything, but I have found whenever I pair it with something that has a kick to it the wine is incredible. I paired mine with a delicious Spicy Steak & Avocado Bruschetta, a Classic Bruschetta, a Gruyere, Bacon and Leek Frittata and fresh fruit. Once your are done with the meal, serve up a delicious cake. I made the one pictured below from a simple box mix and store bought frosting, and it was delicious. No one will ever know you didn't make it from scratch.

HOW TO STYLE YOUR TABLE FOR A ROSÉ BRUNCH?

I wanted to keep the rosé theme going through the entire brunch, so I tied it into my tableware by using this gorgeous pink china and adding pink florals to the table. I even wore a blush dress to match. If you are inviting a group of girls over for your rosé brunch have them wear blush dress. I love a good party theme, and your girlfriends will, too.

I hope this post inspires you to try Rosé of the Rockies at one of your upcoming brunches!

xoxo,

Taebur
